01 / Brand EssencePG / 01
A trust-first wellness brand. Built in the USA.
BioXtrength is a future-focused human optimization house positioned at the intersection of wellness, longevity, performance, recovery, cognition and biological optimization. We win by being the brand that takes purity, testing, and transparency seriously.
In a category full of sketchy claims, mystery sourcing, and influencer-driven hype, BioXtrength is engineered for skeptical buyers who read the label. Formulated, manufactured, tested, and shipped from the United States. Founder-led, on camera, building in public.

02·B / Brand Philosophy · The Five PrinciplesPG / 02·B · V1.4
The floor under every decision.
Five principles that govern how BioXtrength operates as a company, communicates as a brand, and treats the people who buy from it. These are not aspirational. They are operational.
01
Trust over hype.
The category is full of brands shouting. BioXtrength stays quiet, ships receipts, and lets the work speak. If a claim cannot be substantiated, it is not made. If a campaign relies on urgency or fear, it is not run. Trust compounds. Hype evaporates.
02
Discipline over speed.
The fastest path to market is rarely the right one. Formulation, testing, and compliance run before launch dates. A delayed launch is a recoverable problem. A bad product, a regulatory hit, or a customer harmed is not. The brand moves at the pace of doing it right.
03
Receipts over claims.
Every product ships with a lot-level Certificate of Analysis accessible by QR code on the label. The customer can verify what we say. No mystery proprietary blends. No "clinically studied ingredients" without the study. The bar is paperwork, not adjectives.
04
Domestic provenance.
Formulated, manufactured, tested, and shipped in the United States. The supply chain is short, visible, and accountable. Made in USA is not a marketing badge. It is a structural commitment that determines what we will and will not source.
05
Education over selling.
The brand teaches more than it pitches. Customers leave smarter, whether they buy or not. The content engine is the moat. The ritual of learning is what turns a one-time buyer into a Bx'r, and a Bx'r into a long-tenured customer who reads every label.
These five are the floor under every decision. If a deliverable, a campaign, a hire, or a partnership violates any one of them, it does not ship. Period.
03 / The Trust StandardPG / 03 · V1.4
Built on Trust. Designed to Perform.
In a category full of sketchy claims, mystery sourcing, and influencer-driven hype, BioXtrength wins by being the brand that takes purity, testing, and transparency seriously.
Why Trust Wins
Customer reality
People paying premium prices for health products read ingredient labels, ask where things are made, and want to see test panels. They are skeptical for good reasons.
Competitive reality
The market is a red sea of overhyped brands and false advertising. Customers don't know who to trust, and they're tired of getting burned.
Conversion impact
Trusted brands convert higher. Skeptical buyers buy when their guard drops, and their guard drops when transparency is overwhelming.
Loyalty impact
Trust creates repeat customers. Repeat customers become advocates. Advocates become the cheapest acquisition channel a brand can have.
Brand longevity
Trusted, compliant brands don't get flagged, shut down, or pulled. They compound.
Pricing power
Trusted brands charge more. Customers reward operational rigor with margin.
The Five Trust Pillars
01
US-Based
Formulated, manufactured, tested, and shipped from the United States. Domestic provenance is non-negotiable.
02
Pure
Purity is the product. The first promise is what is NOT in the bottle: no fillers, no contaminants, no hidden inputs.
03
Tested
Third-party tested at the lot level. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) accessible by QR code on every label.
04
Transparent
Sourcing, formulators, founder, and team are visible. The customer can see who built what they are about to put in their body.
05
Disciplined
Marketing language stays inside compliance. The brand earns more long-term trust by what it refuses to say than by what it shouts.

The Anti-Brand. What We Refuse to Be.
NotThe brand that whispers about offshore manufacturing.
NotThe brand with a ghost-formulator and no real team.
NotThe brand chasing whatever ingredient is trending on TikTok this month.
NotThe brand that pays influencers to oversell.
NotThe brand making vague benefit claims it can't substantiate.

Public Trust Commitments
For each pillar, a specific, externally-visible commitment the customer can verify. This is what trust looks like on a label and on a website.
| Pillar | Public Commitment |
| US-Based | Every SKU is formulated, blended, encapsulated, tested, and shipped from a US facility. State of origin is printed on the label and disclosed on the product page. |
| Pure | No fillers, no flow agents on the exclusion list, no proprietary blends. The full ingredient deck and exact milligrams appear on every label and product page. |
| Tested | Every lot is third-party tested for identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbials. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is accessible by QR code on the bottle within 7 days of shipping. |
| Transparent | The founders, formulator, and manufacturing partner are named publicly. Sourcing origin for every active ingredient is disclosed on the product page. |
| Disciplined | No marketing claim ships without substantiation on file. The brand publishes its substantiation standard and refuses to use disease-treatment language anywhere. |
04 / Emotional CorePG / 04 · V1.3
We do not sell hype. We sell receipts: lot-level COAs, US-based formulation, and a label that tells the truth. The brand earns trust by what it refuses to say.
Public-Facing Brand Expression
Tested. Traced. Trusted. and Built for people who read the label.
No internal-frame language appears on packaging, advertising, or any customer-facing surface in v1.3.
05 / Logo SystemPG / 05 · V1.2
The X · One Mark, Every Surface
There is one X. The mark from the wordmark is the mark. Period. It appears on hero placements, packaging, vial caps, app icons, favicons, embossed seals, hardware, and serialized identifiers. Recognition compounds when the symbol is identical everywhere; multi-variant systems dilute it. The X should eventually be recognizable independent of the wordmark, which requires every surface to hammer the same shape.
Single-mark rule. Use the X from the wordmark in all contexts. Do not introduce decorative variants (rings, ticks, frames) as primary marks. If a surface needs a seal or badge, compose the existing X inside contextual chrome (a stamp, a lot number, a date). The chrome is the variation, the X is not.

Voice Across Channels V1.4
Same brand, different volume. The voice flexes by channel without breaking. If a channel does not appear in the matrix below, the brand is not on it.
| Channel | Voice Setting |
| Product Pages | Precise. Specification-led. Reads like an engineering spec sheet with a human signature at the bottom. |
| Labels & Packaging | Quiet, exact, unembellished. The bottle does the talking through what is printed, not what is shouted. |
| Email · Customer Lifecycle | Direct, useful, low-frequency. Receipts and education, never urgency. Subject lines never use exclamation points. |
| Email · Bx'rs Community | Slightly warmer. Founder voice acceptable. Signed by a human. Tribe-aware language permitted. |
| YouTube | Long-form, founder-led, instructive. Joe explains, demonstrates, and walks through receipts. No theatrical openers. |
| Instagram | Visual discipline, lab-quality stills, founder portraiture. Captions short and confident. No memes, no carousels of stock photos. |
| TikTok | Founder-on-camera education and build-in-public. Plain English, no jump-cut hype edits. Lower-thirds cite sources. |
| X / Twitter | Precise, occasionally sharp. Useful for substantiation threads, label callouts, and industry critique. Never reactive in anger. |
| Customer Support | Human, accountable, on the record. First-name signatures. Refunds and corrections handled without friction. |
| Paid Advertising | Claim-light, receipts-forward. The ad sells the COA, the founder, and the floor. Never sells fear, urgency, or transformation imagery. |
Rule. If a channel doesn't appear in the matrix, the brand isn't on it.
11 / Serialized System LanguagePG / 11
Products and protocols are named as if cataloged inside a working institution, letters, numerals, and short codes that imply systems, depth, and infrastructure. Never cute, never themed, and never named for an outcome.

Individual prescription preparations are named by their compound. The serialized convention does not apply to them.

Naming Prohibitions · V2.2
Outcome names are prohibited on any customer-facing surface. A protocol named for the result it is meant to produce is an efficacy claim, and an efficacy claim on a compounded preparation is prohibited without exception.
| Never | Instead |
| "Doctor approved" | "Prescriber-reviewed" |
| "Doctor recommended" | "Prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider" |
| "The Longevity Protocol" | "BX Protocol 01" |
| "Results you can expect" | Nothing. There is no permitted version of this sentence. |
We do not promise the outcome. We promise the rigour. The prescriber, the 503A pharmacy, the labs, the monitoring, the lot-level COA. Receipts over claims. The monitoring is the marketing.
Retired with the supplement line: the BX Focus / PX Recovery / L7 / C12 / OX system. Those marks carry supplement associations. Do not reuse them for prescription protocols. DRAFT-PENDING-LEGAL.
12 / Regulatory GuardrailsPG / 12 · V2.0
Draft · Pending Legal Review
Every human-use and medical statement in this guide is gated on counsel sign-off. Nothing in this document is cleared for publication. Produce to this spec, submit for review, and publish nothing until a BioXtrength approver confirms in writing.
How we stay out of trouble. The brand earns more long-term trust by what it refuses to say than by what it shouts.
Posture Change · v2.0
v2.0 retires the Research-Use-Only framework entirely. BioXtrength is a medical-use brand. Peptides are dispensed as preparations compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy against a prescription written by a licensed provider. Human use is the intended use.
That is what makes it lawful. It is also what constrains how we speak. Medical framing is a narrower lane than RUO, not a wider one. It lets us talk about people. It does not let us make promises.
Highest Priority
A. The Prescriber Gate
No Prescriber, No Product
- No prescription product is dispensed without a licensed prescriber in the chain. That rule has no exception.
- The live sequence is: eligibility filter → payment → medical intake form → prescriber review → 503A pharmacy dispenses. Payment precedes the intake. Dispensing never precedes the prescriber.
- Preparations are compounded by a 503A pharmacy for an identified patient.
- The practitioner channel is deferred beyond year one. If it opens, the treating clinician is the prescriber of record.
- The intake must capture personalization and side-effect data. That record is the substantiation for compounding, not a UX cost.
This sequence is authoritative as of 2026-07-09. DRAFT-PENDING-LEGAL. Build the flow exactly as written. Do not infer the order from any earlier document.
B. What Medical Framing Does Not Unlock
Compounded ≠ Approved
- Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved drugs. They may not be advertised as safe or effective for any indication.
- No disease claims. Never "treats," "cures," "prevents," or "reverses."
- No off-label or unapproved-use promotion.
- Patient outcome stories are individual experience under disclosure, never evidence of a typical result.
- No prescriber endorsements. The prescriber network does not supply quotes, testimonials, or named approval of any protocol.
- No paid third-party clinician attestation of a protocol or product without counsel sign-off. A credential rented to validate a claim is still a claim.
C. OTC Supplements
Shelved (V2.2)
- Not a year-one product. No supplement SKUs ship. No ingredient stacks. No dietary blends.
- The OTC/Rx claim wall is therefore moot in year one, which removes an entire class of risk.
- Any supplement claim on any BioXtrength surface is out of scope and does not ship.
- If the line returns: structure/function only, no disease claims, FTC disclosure, separate claim file.
The Half-State Is What Kills Brands v2.0
There are exactly two lawful postures. Research-use-only, with no human-use language anywhere. Or full medical, with a prescriber, an intake, and a 503A pharmacy. There is no third posture.
A site running human-use language against an open cart with no prescriber in the chain is the exact profile the FDA acted against with 30 warning letters on 2026-03-03. v1.x resolved this by staying RUO. v2.0 resolves it by converting completely. Every surface must match whichever posture is live on the day it ships. Copy written for one posture is a liability under the other.
GLP-1 is the highest-risk SKU. It carries the strictest copy review of anything in the catalog. Assume every line will be read by a regulator who is already skeptical.
Live Risk · The Product List Is Provisional · v2.1
A federal advisory committee is reviewing which compounds a 503A pharmacy may prepare. Until it resolves, the product list is provisional.
- Do not treat any compound name in this guide as confirmed for launch.
- No packaging print runs against a compound that has not cleared.
- No compound-specific creative, and no campaign or product name locked to a compound, until you are told otherwise in writing.
- Brand-level and educational creative can proceed. Compound-level cannot.
Catalogue Constraints v2.1
The compounds we can offer are set by the pharmacy network, not by brand preference. Two standing exclusions apply to every asset you produce:
- ·Retatrutide cannot be prescribed. No creative, naming, or roadmap may reference it.
- ·No low-dose ketamine. Outside the network entirely.
Labeling · What Changed v2.0
| Retired (v1.x) | Current (v2.0) |
| RESEARCH USE ONLY · NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION | RX ONLY · COMPOUNDED PREPARATION Dispensed pursuant to a prescription. |
Final label copy is a pharmacy and counsel decision, not a brand decision. The mark, the compound, the dose, the lot, the Rx legend. Nothing else.
13 / Packaging PhilosophyPG / 13 · V2.1
Packaging Hold · 2026-07-09
Brand marks do not go on the vial. A brand logo on a compounded-preparation vial can be read as representing that the drug is ours. Our supply-chain partner reports this treated as false advertising, with penalties and a restart.
The vial carries the pharmacy's required legend only. Compound, dose, lot, expiry, Rx legend. Nothing of ours. Brand expression lives on the outer carton, the insert, and the cold-pack vessel (a branded thermos or box is a clean, approved execution).
The vial renderings in §14 predate this rule and are illustrative only. They must not be sent to production. Final label copy is a pharmacy and counsel decision. DRAFT-PENDING-LEGAL.

Standing rules
- If the copy could be screenshotted by a regulator, it goes through legal review before publishing.
- Imagery may depict people. It may never depict, imply, or promise a clinical outcome from a compounded preparation. If a frame would read as an efficacy claim, it does not ship.
- If a deliverable fails any of the three Decision Filters in §16, it goes back to its owner before review.
- V2.0Any deliverable touching a prescription compound follows Rx-line review (mandatory legal counsel) regardless of whether it appears to touch claims.
16 / Decision FilterPG / 16 · V1.3
A one-page test for any deliverable, claim, or campaign before it ships. Used by founders, team, and partners.
FILTER 01
Earn or Ask?
Does this deliverable earn trust through specifics, receipts, and substance? Or does it ask for trust through adjectives, urgency, and theatrical claims?
If "ask" → send back
FILTER 02
Pure / Tested / US-Made
Does this deliverable feel pure, tested, and US-made? Or does it feel like another sketchy brand?
If sketchy → send back
FILTER 03
Compliance Check
OTC line: shelved for year one. Rx line: no efficacy claim on any compounded preparation, and no path ends in a dispensed product without a prescriber in the chain. Voice carries no theatrical or claim-bearing language. Cross-line (v2.0): no campaign, content, or imagery places any supplement and a prescription peptide side by side.
If violated → send back
The 30-Second Test. Read the deliverable out loud as if you were its skeptical first-time buyer. If at any point you would scroll past, click away, or roll your eyes, send it back.
When the answer is “send it back”
- Do not soften the call. The brand survives because of these filters, not in spite of them.
- Identify what's failing. Use the three filters above to name it.
- Rewrite. Most failures are voice failures, not concept failures.
- Re-test. Run the deliverable through all three filters again before re-submitting.
17 / SOURCE DOCUMENTS & LINKS
This document is the operational reference for anyone producing work on behalf of BioXtrength. It is the complete and only brand reference you need. Strategy, product, and commercial documents are held internally and are not part of this guide.
Questions about anything not covered here go to your BioXtrength contact before you build, not after. An asset that violates §12 cannot be fixed in review; it has to be remade.
